It has been stated before but worth mentioning again.
Each of the essentials in the Intentional Leadership Cycle is inter-connected. The first three essentials, (1) Self & Team Awareness, (2) Shared Vision & Values, and (3) Clarity of Roles & Processes are the driving elements with the remaining essentials being the resulting conditions. In order for commitment to be seen, it must be modelled at all levels.
